On behalf of our team of caregivers and support staff, thank you for considering our healthcare center. We offer a full range of medical services to meet the individual needs of our residents, including short-term rehabilitative services and long-term skilled care. Working with the resident’s physician, our staff – including medical specialists, nurses, nutritionists, dietitians and social workers – establishes a comprehensive treatment plan intended to restore you or your loved one to the highest practicable potential. Our goal is to provide quality care in a comfortable, compassionate environment, demonstrating on a daily basis our guiding principle of providing Quality Through People.

Overview
Santa Cruz Healthcare Center accommodates 149 residents. We are dedicated to providing short-term nursing and rehabilitative care as well as traditional long-term skilled care. Our combination of clinical skill and comprehensive rehabilitation services enables us to care for a variety of complex medical conditions. Clinical services include: IV and infusion therapy, pain management, enteral and parenteral nutrition, ostomy and tracheostomy care, diabetes management and complex wound care. Rehabilitation therapies are provided as needed by physical, occupational and speech therapists. Santa Cruz Healthcare Center also features an attractive, homelike environment that includes outdoor patios, formal dining rooms and resident birds and cats. We believe that our warm atmosphere and compassionate caregivers help our short- and long-term residents achieve individual physical, social and emotional goals. Family and friends are encouraged to visit frequently and are welcome to become a part of our extended family.
